GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This website uses Google Analytics, a Web analysis service from Google Inc. (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer to help analyse how you use the website. The information generated by the cookie concerning your use of this website is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on a server in the United States. If you activate IP address anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand within member states of the European Union and other states that are a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. In exceptional cases only, the full IP address will be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyse how you use the website in order to compile reports about the website activities and provide the website operator with further services linked to use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transmitted from your browser through the use of Google Analytics will not be linked to other data from Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by activating the relevant setting in your browser software. However, if you do so, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing the data generated by the cookie relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plugin available via the following link http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

This website uses Google Analytics with the "_anonymizeIp()" extension. As a result, IP addresses are shortened for further processing in order to exclude the possibility of reference to direct persons.

We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics we acquire allow us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 Para. 1 (1) (f) GDPR).

GOOGLE ADWORDS CONVERSION TRACKING

We use the Google Adwords offer to draw attention to our offers with the help of advertising materials (Google Adwords) on external websites. We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. We want to show you advertisements that are of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.

These advertising media are delivered by Google via "Ad Servers". For this purpose, we use ad server cookies, through which certain parameters for measuring success, such as the insertion of ads or clicks by users, can be measured. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Adwords stores a cookie on your computer. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. For this cookie, the unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (mark that the user no longer wishes to be addressed) are usually stored as analysis values.

These cookies enable Google to recognise your Internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an Adwords customer's website and the cookie stored on their computer has not expired, Google and the customer can recognise that the user has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page. Each Adwords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be traced via the websites of Adwords customers. We do not collect or process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. On the basis of these evaluations we can recognise which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data regarding the use of advertising material; in particular, we cannot identify users based on this information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. We do not have any influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: By integrating AdWords Conversion, Google receives information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google may associate your visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain and store your IP address.

You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various ways: a) by setting your browser software accordingly, in particular by suppressing third-party cookies, you will not receive any ads from third-party providers; b) by disabling cookies for conversion tracking, by setting your browser so that cookies are blocked by the domain "www.googleadservices.com", https://www.google.de/settings/ads, whereby this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; c) by disabling interest-based ads from providers that are part of the "About Ads" self-regulation campaign via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; d) by permanent deactivation in your browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome via the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this offer in full.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 Para. 1 (1) (f) GDPR. Further information regarding data protection at Google can be found here: http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy. Google is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield.

GOOGLE REMARKETING

As well as Adwords Conversion we also may use the Google Remarketing application. This is a process we would like to use to contact you again. This application allows you to see our advertisements after visiting our website when you continue to use the Internet. This is done by means of cookies stored in your browser, which are used to record and evaluate your usage behaviour when Google visits various websites. This way Google can determine your previous visit to our website. According to Google's own statements, Google does not merge the data collected in the context of remarketing with your personal data, which may be stored by Google. According to Google, pseudonymisation is used for remarketing in particular.

DOUBLECLICK BY GOOGLE

This website may use the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google. DoubleClick uses cookies in order to activate ads relevant to users, improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads more than once. Google uses a cookie ID to track which ads are displayed in which browser and to prevent them from being displayed more than once. In addition, DoubleClick may use cookie IDs to collect conversions related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later visits the advertiser's website with the same browser and buys something there. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personal information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. We do not have any influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: By integrating DoubleClick, Google receives information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google may associate your visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain and store your IP address.

You can prevent participation in this tracking procedure in various ways:

a. By setting your browser software accordingly, in particular the suppression of third party cookies means that you will not receive any ads from third party providers.

b. By disabling cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the "www.googleadservices.com" domain, https://www.google.de/settings/ads, which will be deleted when you delete your cookies.

c. By disabling the interest-based advertisements from providers that are part of the "About Ads" self-regulation campaign via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting is deleted if you delete your cookies.

d. Through permanent deactivation in your browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome via the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this offer in full.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 Para. 1 (1) (f) GDPR. For more information about DoubleClick by Google, please visit https://www.google.com/doubleclick and general information about data protection at Google: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy. Google is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

FACEBOOK CUSTOM AUDIENCES

Our website may use the "Custom Audiences" remarketing function of Facebook Inc. ("Facebook"). This allows users of the website to see interest-based advertisements ("Facebook ads") when visiting the social network Facebook or other websites that also use the process. We want to show you advertisements that are of interest to you in order to make our website more interesting for you.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Facebook server. We do not have any influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Facebook through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: by integrating Facebook Custom Audiences, Facebook receives information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online presence or that you have clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Facebook service, Facebook may associate your visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain and store your IP address and other identifying features.

It is possible to deactivate the "Facebook Custom Audiences" function for logged in users via https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#_.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 Para. 1 (1) (f) GDPR. For more information about Facebook’s data processing, please visit https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.
