SHIPPING

Unless you specify an alternative delivery option, goods will be dispatched by DHL Express.

We shall endeavour to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by us, as confirmed by email). If we are unable to dispatch the goods within this timeframe, we will notify you by email and provide an estimated delivery date. In such circumstances, you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.

As soon as the goods are delivered to you, responsibility for them passes to you.

 

DUTIES

All applicable import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

This means that no additional customs charges or import fees will be payable upon delivery, and orders will be delivered without further charges to the recipient.

In the unlikely event that any duties or taxes are incorrectly charged upon delivery, please contact our concierge team as soon as possible so that we may assist you.
